Simplex -Director
Is a founding director of SnG Business Consulting (pty) Ltd. Simplex is a fellow of the Association of chartered certified Accountants-ACCA Global, holds a Master of Science Degree in Leadership (MSc) from Leeds University, and has a BCom in Accounting. Simplex is a professional Accountant and registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and is a registered Tax Practitioner at the South Africa Revenue Service (SARS) and affiliate member of the Professional Tax practitioners (SA). His skills set spreads across taxation, accounting, business advisory, strategic planning and business planning and policy management processes. Simplex has had business management exposure having held senior positions in international audit firms, government, and private sectors, and has been director and co-director at accounting firms prior to founding SnG Business in 2013.
Albert -Accounting and Payroll
Is a well vested and seasoned professional professional in the Accounting and payroll processes and manages the company payroll and accounting department. He has been running the accounts, payroll and business management processes for SMEs and large corporates since 2007, having acquired rigorous hands-on professional experience at various audit and accounting firms during his years of service. He is a kingpin when it comes to solutionist thinking for our valued clients. Albert is currently the Manager responsible for Accounting and Payroll processes at SnG Business Consulting.
Grace -Operations and Policy Manager
Grace is a highly skilled project manager, team builder, policy planning and overall administrative skills. She is the company Operations and Policy Manager and is our backbone for business planning and growth strategies. With broad skills in basic accounting and highly skilled in property management and project management industry. Grace is a graduate Architect and holds a 4 year degree in Architecture as well as Postgraduate Diploma in property Development from Wits University. Grace is also a director at Prof Projects (pty) Ltd, a company that deals in real estate in Johannesburg.
Rapelang -Accountant
Is a graduate with a BCom Degree in Financial Accounting from North West University and holds SAIPA accredited honours degree. Rapelang has in-depth understanding and first-hand experience in the challenges faced by small businesses. He is solutions based and seeks to advance the business growth opportunities for our clients. His grounded knowledge in accounting and tax, coupled with his reputable academic excellence has positioned him to create value propositions as he serves our clients’ base. Rapelang is a compelling and standing asset in the team of seasoned professionals that SnG Business Consulting possesses. He heads the Accounting and Research Department
Noel -Accountant
Noel is an articulated and well informed graduate with a bachelor of commerce in accounting and finance. He has accumulated a lot of experience and skills working working in the company from the time he graduated from university. His goal is to ensure that the clients affairs are supported, and that the clients are always compliant with trade and legislative requirements. Noel has acquired detailed knowledge in accounting, taxation, and corporate intelligence. Noel heads the tax and compliance division.
Lance -Assistant Accountant
Lance is a young, creative thinker and hard-working individual who is passionate about his future in accounting at SnG Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd. He is currently studying for a Bachelor of Accounting at Wits as he enhances his academic prowess to become a chartered accountant and registered auditor. His love for accounting science and mathematics has been showcased in his background having achieved distinctions in maths and accounting in his undergraduate studies. His past vacation work included being Head of Vac Work Students from different universities at an accounting firm in Johannesburg, where he assisted students with maths and accounting tutorials. Lance is a blessed humble man, with very high IQ in creative thinking and applications to tasks. He is versatile and reliable when it comes to teamwork and team building. Lance is a potential lead driver for SnG Business Consulting whose objective is to provide clients with unique solutions and business advisory services from well-articulated and fully trained and experienced chartered accountants and business advisors.
